What are your delivery options?
 

Please allow 1 to 2 days to process your order before shipping.  You will receive an email from Paypal or ENN Shoes once your order is shipped. (Email will also include tracking provided by the USPS)

At this time we only ship USPS, if you require a faster delivery method an invoice will be sent to a certified email and the customer will pay the delivery charges.  

**At this time ENN Shoes only ships Priority through USPS.**

**We also offer overnight, and express shipment, please note that we may have to readjust the invoice for proper shipping amount.  All shipment and invoices must be paid before items are shipped.**

You will receive your order with in 3 to 5 business days depending on the delivery method. (excluding holidays and weekends)

**Please note that at peak holiday periods, your items may take longer to be delivered due to the USPS, or other methods.**

**Pre-orders may also take up to 2-3 weeks to reach the customer, please consider when ordering.**

Once a package leaves the physical location of our warehouse, it is no longer our responsibility.  It is the customers obligation to provide us with the correct email and physical address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, on behalf of the customer, USPS, or another delivery method.(we are also not responsible for damaged packages)

All return or undelivered packages will be returned at the customers cost. It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any changes.  If items are returned or if we do not have sufficient information we will issue a full refund.

***We will also provide a full tracking number for each package ordered, we also at anytime have the right to send a package with signature confirmation.**

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Returns/Exchanges are accepted 7 business days from the date the item was purchased.

Exchanges are permitted at the companies request.

You will be offered the following choices:

-Exchange for another item of equal or lesser value.

-Store credit

We will not exchange on the following:

-Worn shoes (bottoms must not be worn)

-Damaged shoes/ clothes

We have the right to deny any returns at anytime.
